Tell us about BarBees + how long you’ve been in business.
Jess + Willow: BarBees began in February of 2019 by best friends, Jess and Willow. After attending bartending school on a whim, the idea for a reputable, personable mobile bartending business was formed. Jess and Willow wanted to start a company that creates space for relationships to be built and enhanced—because we all know there’s nothing like a good cocktail to spark conversation!
Jess and Willow met in university, though one would believe them to be childhood friends. The two are often confused as twins! Together, they discovered an industry to which they want to bring intention and warmth. When you hire BarBees, you’re working with two fun-loving ladies who carry those values with them in every setting they find themselves.
What are your strengths compared to others in your category?
Jess + Willow: No matter the budget, a bride and groom deserve to have the wedding they’ve envisioned. With BarBees, adding a bar to your wedding experience isn’t out of your price range. BarBees aims to create packages for all types of parties sizes and budgets, without sacrificing a personal touch.
Is there anything else you’d like to share about your company?
Jess + Willow: Let us take care of the details. You have the option between either of our two elegant bars and we provide all necessary bar amenities, cocktail ingredients, garnishes & dry goods. We work with you to create a drink menu personalized for your event. Signature “His” and “Her” cocktails are perfect for a bride and groom’s special day!
