Worried how the cake may taste? No worries – they offer cake tasting at the resort. Prefer cupcakes vs. cake? No problem. It is your day and you can customize everything the way you wish. Food allergies? No problem – you can have a gluten free cake as an option as well or whatever your allergy maybe.
How many guests are allowed at a Sandals or Beaches wedding?
Carlie: As many as you wish. If you want the wedding to be just the 2 of you, no problem. If you have kids wanting to attend the wedding that is no problem. Beaches Resorts are for under the age 18 and Sandals Resorts are for 18 and older. Sandals is for couples only- they only have king bed rooms so some guest may need to share a king bed room. Beaches has double bed rooms for guest. We suggest maybe a split stay – have a wedding a few days at one resort and then honeymoon at a different location. The fewer guests that you have the lighter costs, which is great for couples looking for an economical, yet special, wedding option.
What type of couple tends to get married at a Sandals or Beaches resort?
Carlie: Did you know that friends can officiate your wedding in some destinations? This is totally possible, and you’ll need to do some research within the territory where you’re planning to tie the knot, to find out if and how this applies. Some couples do this to save money and make their wedding extra special. Otherwise, you can settle for a certified officiant to ensure the ceremony is completely legalized. Carlie: The first step would be to decide on a destination which would both fit within the budget of you as a couple, as well as the budget of the most important guests.

Carlie: There are activities for everyone to enjoy. Coordinating side activities before and after the wedding. Find out what your guests enjoy early enough so you can plan activities. They will like booking a catamaran for everyone to enjoy.

Carlie: The over water chapels are very popular right now. These chapels have glass floor to view the crystal blue ocean while walking down the aisle. Where are these over chapels located?
