Clarksville Tennessee Summer Wedding Inspiration

This Summer Wedding Inspiration Includes Disco Balls, Balloons, and a Bounce House

Clarksville Tennessee Summer Wedding Inspiration

With summer weddings right around the corner, we wanted to show off this wedding inspiration that includes disco balls, balloons, and a bounce house! Inflate Clarksville and a team of wedding professionals wanted to show how even the funnest of details can be incorporated into your celebration regardless of style. Together at River House at Southern Light they came up with two distinct designs, one being a more classic wedding look with softer tones and the other a boho infused aesthetic with brighter hues and a modern flare. Sarah Moser Photography captured the uniqueness of each vibe that’s sure to convince you that elements like disco balls, balloons, and a bounce house are always a good idea!

Tell us about the shoot vision.

Sarah: When Emmy and I decided to come together to coordinate this wedding shoot we wanted to curate well thought-out wedding themes that were both fun and fitting! We decided to do one that was a very classic wedding style with a light summer feel for all of our classic loving bridal parties, and a boho disco vibe for those who love adding an extra flare to their events, not to mention disco balls in general were on the rise at that time in the event industry and continue to prove they can be a timeless addition to any theme and partyscape!

What details were used to create the theme?

Sarah: So many elements are involved when it comes to bringing a vision to life, but I feel like the details that can make the biggest amount of impact when it comes to highlighting a specific theme and setting the tone for the vision are balloons, backdrops/signage, and color scheme! Of course intentionally choosing a bounce house color, hair style, and dress look that supported the overall theme absolutely elevated the entire wedding set-up, but without your balloons, backdrop, and florals highlighting your overall theme and color palate it’s easier to miss.

Can you share any special moments or highlights of the day?

Sarah: There’s always something so special about working along side a trusted team of vendors to make magic happen! This was one of the first times since we started our business that we walked away from an event truly just blown away by how seamlessly everything came together, despite the minor BTS set-backs! And if you’ve spent any amount of time working in the event industry you know that something always goes a little haywire- like one of our brides running late and showing up with wet hair. No problem! We improvised with the leaf blower we use when cleaning our bounce houses to do a quick blow dry. The original location for our bouncers, despite measuring them previously, did not have enough ceiling clearance, so a quick pivot to a new area of the gorgeous property we were on did the trick.

There are honestly still a handful of other things we encountered that we ended up having to trouble shoot, but the magic in working with a such an incredible team of vendors and wonderful couples is that when faced with a challenge, they are always ready to step up to the plate! We truly had so so much fun and the pictures truly did the evening justice to just how incredible everything came together! And even better, many of the relationships built that day have continued into this new year! And our sweet couples are still going strong!

Huge thanks to this team for sharing this fun summer wedding inspiration!
