When it came to Hannah and Zach planning their Cedarmont Farm wedding, not a single element was overlooked. In fact, the pair even included their favorite scent into the details. With the help of sprays and candles, the fragrance Capri Blue Volcano was diffused throughout the celebration. What was the vision for your wedding?
Hannah: I wanted black and white, modern and classic. I didn’t want anything too trendy, but also wanted to stay true to what I am currently loving. Plus, the reception venue was a red barn in Tennessee, so I wanted to stay neutral in every other way.
Can you share any special moments or highlights from your wedding day?
Hannah: After the ceremony, we had a few minutes alone to eat the hors d’oeuvres from the cocktail hour together. It was so nice to be able to finally BREATHE and get ready for the long (but fun) night ahead!
What are some tips you can share with other brides planning their weddings?
Hannah: DIY as much as you can, but be realistic. Sure, you can build your own boxwood wall, but don’t over extend yourself and try to do it all.
Is there anything else you’d like to share about your wedding?
Hannah: We got Capri Blue Volcano candles and room sprays so we could incorporate our favorite scent. Now, whenever I smell that scent, I am brought back to our special day! We also had black candlesticks. It sounds dark and dreary but it looked so chic!
