From the hustle and bustle of the trendy 12 South neighborhood to the peace and quiet of Radnor Lake, Sydney + Nick took a tour of Nashville for their engagement session! They started out on the paths and bridges lakeside, moving into the hip urban setting downtown in 12 South and Marathon Village, and rounding out the day at a local pub for some beers and Jenga! Sydney on the proposal: My fiancé (Nick) proposed after Christmas on the Yellowstone river. He's from a small town on the gates of the national park and we were there to spend time with his family. It was private and absolutely a surprise.
Sydney on her wedding style: We hosted 100 guests. We aimed for a romantic garden vibe. Our venue was a historic stone house in Asheville, NC so it fit well. Time with our friends and family during our engagement was what we enjoyed most about being engaged!
Sydney on the engagement session: We shot our engagement pictures in Nashville. We loved the idea of having some piece of our adopted hometown as a part of the wedding process. We took photos out by Radnor Lake and the 12 South neighborhood. Leah Moyers was absolutely wonderful. She was fantastic as making us feel comfortable and delivered a spectacular view of two locations very close to us.
