What was their theme and what inspired it?

Marcia, owner of Ruby Cora: Ruby Cora is situated on a manicured Century Farm, Montgomery grew up on the property, as a little boy, walking the 140 acres as he loved the outdoors. The stately Oak Tree was often in his pathway and his childhood memories there are rich and alive. They are the first couple to marry under the Oak Tree, as it sits on the opposite side of the property from Ruby Cora.

What details were used to create their theme?

Marcia, owner of Ruby Cora: Montgomery and Bailey are outdoors people, cookouts, deep sea fishing, boating, and duck hunting are a big part of their lives. The outdoor ceremony was a natural for them and under that Oak Tree was decided very quickly. Montgomery’s sister, Callie Cook created the floral for the ceremony, forging from her farm much of the base for the 12′ tall x 6′ wide floral running down the tree onto the exposed root. Inside the Grand Hall, Dalette Designs, created the floral for the 8′ Halo Ring and all tables, the theme was woodsy, with varied contaners, some driftwood moss, covered and soft hues of gold. Sage greens and dusty peach floral were arranged in funky asymmetrical designs with thistle and ferns.
