There is nothing more Nashville than this engagement shoot! Singer/songwriters and former contestants on The Voice, Andrea + Josh, enlisted the help of Kathy Thomas Photography to shoot their Nashville engagement session at none other than a recording studio – Castle Recording Studios. Their recording session photos will make you swoon! And that’s not all, they opted for a second look – a night session at the downtown Nashville Westin rooftop bar. You’ll have all the heart eyes as you keep scrolling to see their photos along with excerpts from the bride, Andrea.
How did you get engaged? Tell us about your proposal!
Andrea: Joshua my husband proposed to me on New Year’s Eve in Nashville, TN and surprised me with a party surrounded by family and friends.
What have you enjoyed most and what has surprised you the most about being engaged?
Andrea: What I’ve enjoyed the most is being deeply in love and dreaming about our future together. What’s surprised me the most is all the parties, generosity and love from friends and family!
Tell us about your engagement session. Where did it take place?
Andrea: Our engagement session was glamorous, romantic and playful. We took photos at the Castle Recording Studios in Franklin, TN as Joshua and I both share a love for music and performing. We also shot more photos at the swanky Westin Hotel in downtown Nashville, TN.
What did you like most about the session?
Andrea: Kathy Thomas our photographer made us feel so comfortable with words of inspiration reminding us of our love for each other and to be uninhibited with our love for each other. It was easy to let the camera in after we let go of our restraints.. in fact, it was hard to keep our hands off of each other after this steamy photo shoot! 🙂
