You can’t go wrong with a timeless black and white wedding, especially at the modern venue, 14TENN. Gracie and Grant incorporated beautiful and soft touches of whites, greens, and gold decor into their classic summer wedding. The stunning couple brought in light up letters for a fun evening, a dress change for the reception, and a sparkler send off! Check out more photos below from Photography by Michelle.

How did you guys meet?
Gracie: The story of us is one of our favorites to tell. Flashback to May of 2020, Gracie and her friend Megan were hurriedly looking for a place to live in Nashville before June 1. The hunt was on. After many failed attempts, a duplex with very little curb appeal was the last on the list. The property that is now known as “Park Circle” boasted only 1 kitchen drawer, train tracks just a few yards from the back door, and a very VERY tiny bathroom for two girls and a dog. What Park Circle did have though, was a next door neighbor named Grant Rice. In perfect character, drinking a cold beer and enjoying the warm day, Grant was on the back porch with the landlord who introduced him to Gracie. Fast forward, Gracie and Megan decide to move in. Grant is now confident he should have taken a percentage for selling the place with his presence. Gracie admits he was a bonus. For 6 months they were close friends. After months of friendly dinners, movies, and dog-sitting, October was a month of change for the duo. On Gracies friend Graces birthday, after one too many drinks and lots of dancing the two were never just friends again. Friends and family admit they saw it coming long before they ever did. Lots of love and laughter have filled the air since then. Often found on a trail with Ghost and Murphy or in a yard tossing a ball, dogs rule a lot of their life together. Weekly routines like a beer at Corner Pub, skillet queso at M.L. Rose, and making home-cooked meals together are at the heart of the relationship. The two are beyond excited to begin a chapter of even more love, laughter, dogs, cheese dips, warm days, and cold beers.
