Caity: During the warm spring and summer months, nothing is better than a refreshing cocktail! Flavored vodka, botanical gin or tequila tend to be our favorites to achieve the perfect seasonal cocktail this time of year.
Are there certain cocktails you would recommend for spring and summer?
Caity: Flavored margaritas such as mango or pineapple (or really any of your favorite fruit juice flavors) with a spicy or smoky twist will definitely hit the spot. We also love a light champagne cocktail with a fresh fruit syrup like strawberry or blackberry and a splash of elderflower liquor or botanical gin, it is always a crowd pleaser.

Caity: A popular way to add a fun spin on a wedding cocktail this season is the add a savory spin to a usually sweet cocktail. This can be adding a smokey rim, infusing the liquor with some spiciness, or adding a sprig of rosemary or other herbal garnish to give the cocktail an effervescent flare.
