We specialize in creating fun, stylish, and delicious snack experiences that are perfect for all kinds of wedding events — from cocktail hours to bridal showers, to bachelorette parties and late night snacks, we have a bar to match any vibe. Our concept is all about bringing people together through beautifully curated, interactive snack bars that not only taste amazing but also add a unique guest experience to your celebration. We offer 5 featured snack bars perfect for any wedding-related event: Charcuterie Bar, Sweet & Salty Bar, Ice Cream Candy Bar, Brunch Bar, and Cereal Bar. How did you get started in weddings?
Katie: At Munch & Mingle, we created five unique snack bars designed to fit seamlessly into every part of your wedding celebration. From the moment you start getting ready to the final late-night bites, we’ve got you covered. We know how stressful wedding days can be — that’s why we designed our services to be completely hands-off and worry-free for brides. Whether it’s a beautiful “getting ready” spread, a stylish cocktail hour display, or fun late-night snacks to keep the party going,—let us handle it all! To make planning even simpler (and more affordable!), we created our Bridal Bundle — a discounted package that allows brides to book multiple snack bars at a lower price. What’s the philosophy behind Munch & Mingle?
Katie: Munch & Mingle was born from the everyday chaos (and joy!) of mom life. We’re two full-time working moms who were already professional “snack masters” in our own homes — with four young kids between us, “Can I have a snack?” was something we heard constantly. What started as a running joke — “We should just start a snack business!” — quickly turned into a real idea. A few months (and lots of brainstorming sessions) later, Munch & Mingle came to life. We combined our love of entertaining with our natural snack-curating skills to create a mobile snack bar service that brings ease, fun, and style to events — especially weddings. Our Charcuterie Bar offers an elevated, elegant experience perfect for cocktail hours or receptions, while our Ice Cream Candy Bar and Sweet & Salty Bar bring a playful, late-night vibe guests love. Whether you’re hosting a formal affair or a fun-filled celebration, we’ve got a snack bar to match the moment.
