Celebrating four years of marriage, Kylie and Eddie wanted to do something special for the occasion. But that’s not all they were celebrating! As recent graduates from Vanderbilt University, both obtaining their master’s degrees, what better spot to honor the moment than the college campus? From the photographer: Kylie and Eddie met while in undergrad at the University of Illinois. When they moved to Tennessee, she’d always dreamed of attending Vanderbilt and pursuing her master’s in education. Kylie and Eddie do everything together, and now they can add becoming Vandy alumni to their list of favorite moments together. To commemorate the occasion, I met up with them for a fun, romantic session on the college’s beautiful campus, and wrapped up downtown on the walking bridge at sunset. Kylie chose the perfect wardrobe to celebrate the occasion, selecting a palette of black, white, and gold. Eddie’s bow tie and socks don the famous VU star in the most charming way.
From the photographer: Kylie believes in documenting every season of their life together through photos. “I love getting photos done. I know I’ll want to look back on all the adventures we’ve had throughout our life, past our wedding.” Kylie and Eddie will celebrate four years of married bliss this summer. After graduation, they are planning to move back to Illinois, where both of them have secured careers in their field of study. However, Nashville will always be home and Tennessee will occupy a big space in their hearts.
