This eclectic rustic wedding styled shoot is serving looks! Nashville wedding planner, My Joyful Event, put together a creative team including Aerodef Productions producing the videography and PaperKuts Studio with the stationery, for a look that gives us a mix of elegance with a southern flair. They headed to the Clarion Nashville for a fun-filled day capturing their talents with real life couple and models to help bring it all to life. Tell us about the shoot vision.
Anita: The main goal is to connect with vendors, capture some great aesthetics while having fun!
What was the theme and what inspired it?
Anita: We decided to go with a rustic, eclectic and elegant look for the wedding styled shoot. These shoots are always fun when you can play around with different schemes to create really cool look.
What details were used to create the theme?
Anita: The colors are rose gold, silver, gold, brown, orange, soft pinks, with various lighting. The theme is classic-elegant with a rustic vibe.
Can you share any special moments or highlights of the day?
Anita: The really cool part about this styled shoot is I decided to go with an actual couple because of COVID-19 and wanting to keep everyone safe. And!! The couples are actually models so they had all the looks to give!!!
Were there any special requests or unique challenges that you had to work together to overcome?
Anita: I was really excited about the shoot which was originally for November of 2020 but was re-scheduled. So right after that the Nashville “rule of 8” was set into place which means no more than 8 people were allowed to gather. This was put in place before thanksgiving and it was very important that we stayed within the timeline allocated so that we do not break any local restrictions. We are doing our best to keep everyone safe. We will had to-go lunches for everyone participating upon arrival because we couldn’t every vendor to stay onsite.
