See all the alluring designs and learn more as Bailey from Sycamore Farms share about the inspiration for these elements below!

Tell us about the shoot vision.

Bailey: For our spring styled shoot we wanted to incorporate coral since it is the Pantone color of the year. We also wanted to showcase our new aisle on our island. The new aisle is a big upgrade out at Sycamore Farms!  Another focus of ours was to showcase some of Southern Events‘ new inventory such as acrylic chairs and specialty linens. Sycamore Farms has a prop package of decor items and we wanted to show those off as well. It is often helpful for clients to see new inventory and props in the context of a real table setting or party set-up.

What was the theme and what inspired it?

Bailey: We have several themes! The first is a bold dark theme inside our main hall. We are loving the look of dramatic taper candles and black linens and dishes. This would be a great table for a formal dinner. The second is a timeless blue and gold theme on our Lakeside Veranda. This would be a great table for a spring or summer wedding or even a sophisticated baby shower or bridal shower. The third is a cocktail hour theme. We just love the acrylic bar stools and the white and gold high top bistro table with just some simple greenery as a runner. This set-up would be a showstopper at a cocktail hour. The fourth is a garden party theme. We were inspired by the various hues found in different kinds of citrus fruits. The florist, Creations by Debbie, was so smart to add some succulents into the arrangements to give them great texture. This table would be perfect for a summer birthday party. The fifth is a ceremony set-up. We love draping from Southern Sky and flowers on our pergola. The last is food from Beyond Details. Their food is a delicious addition to any get together.

Can you share any special moments or highlights of the day?

Bailey: All of the vendors who contributed to this shoot either currently work together on lots of events, have worked on past styled shoots together or have now created new working relationships!

Were there any special requests or unique challenges that you had to work together to overcome?

Bailey: We are so thankful the weather turned out to be so ideal and we are so grateful to all of the vendors who participated in the styled shoot!

Okay, we can’t even pick a favorite because these details are ALL that good! Which one is your favorite? Thanks so much to this group of amazing local wedding vendors for sharing this Sycamore Farms styled shoot with us!
