What is the difference between the Minimalist Package and the Classic Package?

Sarah with The Monroe on 415: We look at the minimalist package for our couples who are more hands on and like to DIY parts of their wedding. The minimalist doesn’t have as many inclusions such as decor stock, arbor selection, charger plates etc.. The Minimalist is a 10 hr rental while, the Classic is a 12 hr rental. the Classic package is for our couples that want a more all inclusive package. This gives access to all of our decor and arbor stock, charger plates, table runners, champagne glasses, movable bars, cocktail tables and a 2 hour rehearsal.

What are some amenities you can add when booking The Monroe on 415th?

Sarah with The Monroe on 415: We offer month and day of coordination which our couples love. As well as a tableware “add on” of flatware, water goblets, dinner, salad, and dessert plates.

Is The Monroe on 415th considered an all-inclusive venue?

Sarah with The Monroe on 415: This will depend on what packages and add ons you choose! It can definitely be an all inclusive for all things venue. However, we do not include things such as catering, photography etc.

Do you have a preferred vendors list?

Sarah with The Monroe on 415: Yes! we have so many vendors in the industry we love working with. We do have an open vendor policy though so you can bring in any vendors you would like!
