How did you guys meet?
Reagan: We met back in 2019 when Tyler came into the restaurant where I was working as a hostess. He was there with a few friends, and after they all left, he came back inside and said it would really make his night if he could get my number. It completely caught me off guard in the sweetest way, and that moment ended up being the start of everything.
Tell us about your engagement!
Reagan: For our engagement, he planned a trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and surprised me with the cutest cabin tucked away in the mountains. The first evening, as we stood together on the balcony overlooking the view, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was quiet, intimate, and incredibly special—just the two of us surrounded by the mountains. It felt like time stood still in that moment.

What was the vision for your wedding?
Reagan: We wanted our wedding to feel timeless and elegant—something we could look back on years from now and still love every detail. Our goal was to create an atmosphere that was classic and romantic, but still full of warmth and personal touches that reflected who we are as a couple.
What was your theme and what inspired it?
Reagan: Our vision was for a wedding that felt timeless and elegant, with a modern twist. We focused on classic, clean lines and understated details, letting neutral tones and carefully curated décor create a look that was both refined and effortlessly beautiful.
What details were used to create your theme?
Reagan: We used a refined color palette of whites, blacks, and soft champagne-golds to set the tone. The florals were elegant and romantic, featuring lush white blooms with touches of greenery throughout. Gold accents were incorporated into our décor to bring a warm, timeless glow to the space, and The Monroe’s stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for everything to come together beautifully.

Where did you splurge? Where did you save/DIY?
Reagan: Our biggest splurge was definitely the venue. From the moment we arrived for our tour at The Monroe, we were completely captivated—the elegance of the space, especially the black brick chapel, took our breath away. We immediately knew this was the perfect place for our wedding, and the team there was incredible from the very start, making the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. We saved on our flowers thanks to my mom, who used to be a florist. She created all of our arrangements herself, and they turned out absolutely stunning—so much so that it looked like we had hired a professional florist team. It was such a personal and meaningful touch that truly made our day even more special.
What words of advice do you have for couples in the midst of their planning?
Reagan: Try to be present and enjoy the process. It’s so easy to get caught up in the details, but the day truly goes by in the blink of an eye. Trust your vendors, lean on your support team, and remember that at the end of the day, it’s about celebrating your love and the beginning of your life together.

Can you share any special moments or highlights from your wedding day?
Reagan: The entire day was perfect from start to finish. The Monroe’s coordination team ensured everything ran flawlessly, which allowed us to be fully present and soak it all in. My first look with my dad was incredibly emotional and a moment I’ll treasure forever. My mom DIY’d all of our flowers, and they turned out absolutely stunning—pulling the entire theme and décor together and truly elevating the space. I’ll always carry the memories of everything my mom did for us to help make our wedding day beautiful.
One piece of advice I received was to make sure to look at Tyler as I walked down the aisle, and I did—locking eyes with him from the moment the door opened. It was so special to really see each other and be fully in the moment as I walked towards him.
Is there anything else you’d like to share about your wedding?
Reagan: We are so grateful for the incredible team at The Monroe on 415th and all of our vendors who made the day so seamless. Every single person involved helped bring our vision to life and made our wedding day feel effortless, beautiful, and completely unforgettable.

Such a GORGEOUS day.
