Oh what a night! I was so honored to attend the Sleigh Girl, Sleigh event at Allenbrooke Farms this past November! Nashville influencers Mallory Ervin + Courtney Whitmore hosted the event with about 40 more wonderful ladies who are “sleighing” it on social in attendance. From photographers to beauty bloggers to design mavens to momtepreneurs, the room was filled with some of the most fabulous women! The design and decor from Stephanie of Allenbrooke Farms was perfect for the event with blush and metallic details everywhere your turned! And that lighting and draping from Southern Sky Event Lighting totally set the scene! As a blogger, I spend much of my time behind the screen researching and of course getting inspiration from influencers on Instagram. And as artificial as this may sound, many of the relationships I have are through email or Instagram. But the Sleigh Girl, Sleigh event meant so much to me since it was a time when I finally got to meet a lot of the women and businesses I’ve messaged with IRL! Plus, every detail of the night was so thoughtful and feminine!
How did the night progress? First, we mingled and toured the beautiful barn venue at Allenbrooke Farms. Later, we sat down in our designated seats complete with a curated menu card by You’re Invited and a handwritten ornament with our name on it courtesy of Tennessee Pretty! Next came a plated meal from Red Pony along with dessert from Copper Whisk Cakes. I am STILL dreaming of this meal and dessert! Y’all… if you want your wedding cuisine to “sleigh”, I highly recommend them! By the end of the night, the group of lovely ladies at my table and I had such a blast chatting away!
So many of the sponsors for this event cross over into the wedding realm as well which made me so happy! From calligraphy to cakes to lighting and draping, the night could have doubled as a super fun Christmasy wedding scene.
