With 21 stories and a rooftop that overlooks Nashville’s downtown skyline, Marriott‘s first ever tri-brand hotel makes for a great Nashville wedding venue. Their newly built hotel is making history by combining three brands under one roof, featuring AC Hotel, Residence Inn, and SpringHill Suites. Northpoint Hospitality recently celebrated the grand opening of this awesome hotel and we’re sharing all about the event. Marriott International today announced the opening of its first newly built property that combines three brands under one roof in vibrant Nashville, across from Music City Convention Center. Developed by North Point Hospitality, the 21-story, $140 million property features three Marriott brands – design-forward AC Hotels, extended stay Residence Inn and stylishly spacious SpringHill Suites – offering business and leisure travelers distinct experiences and amenities under one roof.
“Music City is the perfect place for Marriott to make history with its first newly built, triple-brand property,” says Eric Jacobs, Marriott International, Chief Development Officer, Select and Extended Stay Brands. “Bringing these three differentiated brands together will help travelers find the perfect accommodation – whether they are in Nashville to explore the city’s famed honky tonks and exploding restaurant scene, complete a work assignment, attend a convention, or perhaps even accommodate a large group with different needs, such as a family reunion.”
The property, located across from the city’s convention center, also underscores Marriott’s growing number of multi-brand properties that can cater to several customer segments at one convenient location. The company now has 98 properties with two brands, with 144 more under development worldwide.

Thanks to the triple-brand formula, North Point created a property with best-in-class amenities that exceed what guests would find at a single-brand property. Guests, for instance, can enjoy resort-like amenities on the 6th floor that include an indoor/outdoor rooftop pool – complete with fire pits, cabanas and a wrap-around veranda with seating. On the property’s 21st floor, guests can enjoy a cocktail in the rooftop bar – called rtb! – that boasts breathtaking views of Nashville’s downtown skyline.
For special events, the property offers more than 9,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including nearly 4,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space on the 21st floor with 16-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows.
