Tell us about Wonderstruck Wedding Films + how long you’ve been in business.
Blythe: Wonderstruck Wedding Films specializes in highlight films to capture the best and most memorable parts of your wedding day. Our highlight films are set to high quality audio from your ceremony so that you can remember your vows forever. We have been in business since June of 2020.
How did you get started in weddings?
Blythe: I have a background in social media marketing, so I fell in love with creating videos as I created content for my social media clients. I slowly invested in better equipment for filming until I was set up to film weddings.
What’s the philosophy behind Wonderstruck Wedding Films?
Blythe: I believe that your wedding film should not only document the details of your day, but also capture the emotions and joy that you felt. Everyone should be able to relive the best day of their lives when they rewatch their wedding film for years to come.
What are your strengths compared to others in your category?
Blythe: Being on camera is something that most couples aren’t used to and it can feel awkward. I am skilled at directing couples to move and work with me organically so that we can capture gorgeous footage that doesn’t feel awkward or posed.
What attracts couples to Wonderstruck Wedding Films?
Blythe: Most of my couples describe me as easy to work with because I understand how hectic a wedding day can feel for a couple. I work with my couples at a pace that fits into their timeline and doesn’t detract from their ability to enjoy themselves and celebrate their new lives together. It’s my priority to make sure that all aspects of filming feel organic and enjoyable for my couples.
What is the most innovative new product, service, style or other aspect of your industry that brides and grooms might appreciate?
Blythe: When I deliver a highlight video, I also provide the raw audio captured from their ceremony.
