From the bride, Mary Pat: Eric and I met in Knoxville, TN. I was an intern at the University of TN Conference Center and we were in need of temporary workers for a large conference we were hosting. As fate would have it, Eric had a friend that worked at the Conference Center that told him about the opportunity to work through the summer. I’ll never forget helping Eric fill out his application. When he left I exclaimed how cute I thought Eric was- Eric’s friend heard my exclamation and quickly gave Eric my number. Looking back, it’s hard to imagine life without Eric- he is my rock and the absolute love of my life.
