That’s when she knew she wanted to build a collection of luxuriously stylish gowns, while still being affordable to offer to future brides. Tell us about Luxe Bridal Studio + how long you’ve been in business.
Niya: Our intimate boutique showcases distinctive wedding gowns with an intimate one on one experience. We pride ourselves on hand selecting gowns with exquisite, delicate artistry but yet still affordable.
How did you get started in weddings?
Niya: For owner Niya Toms, it all started with a single dress: her own. Wanting to find a more modern silhouette for her own wedding day, Niya found her options limited to traditional dresses . In search of an overly dramatic and ornate dress, which were not trending nor available at the time. Niya created her own luxury bridal house which would be known for distinct drama that felt modern and personal all at once. A collection of dresses that are not over saturated nor overseen, but are as unique as you are.
What’s the philosophy behind Luxe Bridal Studio?
Niya: The philosophy behind Luxe Bridal is “Luxury dresses for Every Bride.” Many times we see models who do not represent the average woman. Either because of size, race, age, etc. Here at Luxe Bridal, we pride ourselves on curating a collection of eclectic luxury dresses that are just as unique as you are.
What are your strengths compared to others in your category?
Niya: Our strengths compared to other bridal stores, is our stylist are true stylist! We carefully select stylist with a background in design and alterations. We also do all of our alterations in-house compared to other stores who refer the bride out.
What attracts couples to Luxe Bridal Studio?
Niya: A Luxe Bride is a woman who appreciates the finer things in life. She has a fine attention to detail & is looking for a one on one stylist to assist her with choosing the most important dress she will ever wear.
