With a trip to the zoo being one of Emily and Daniel’s first experiences together, it was only fitting that they held their engagement photo session at the Nashville Zoo! As if their photos weren’t magical enough, they even got to include some of the animals up close and personal! Amy of Wilde Company is sharing all about this fun day along with some of the amazing photos they captured. Check it all out below!
From Amy of Wilde Company: When Daniel reached out to us about photographing his and his fiancee’s engagement session we were all about it! We love the Nashville Zoo. When Daniel told us that that’s where his and Emily’s first trip together was, and said that he knew then that he loved her and wanted to be with her, well- we knew it was going to be amazing. We could not wait to meet them and make some magic happen!
From Amy of Wilde Company: It was a pretty cold and cloudy day, but thankfully the rain held off! Plus, our guide provided blankets to keep us all warm- which was so sweet and lovely. We had such a great time touring the zoo, laughing, and hopping on and off the golf cart to take photos at so many amazing spots! The whole experience was amazing- but getting to meet and get up close and personal with their male giraffe, Congo, really took the cake! I cannot tell you how incredible this experience was! He even ate a carrot off Daniels head, which was pretty damn awesome, and hilarious! (If you didn’t know- giraffe tongues are reallllly long, and slobbery!) I couldn’t stop smiling the rest of the day. You can definitely say it was a good day at work!
