From the photographer, Brooke: Sarah and Jack’s wedding day at Diamond Creek Farms was everything they had hoped for. With perfect weather, golden hour light, a hype bridal party, an emotional ceremony, and an unforgettable reception, it was the best day for the sweetest couple. Sarah envisioned lots of beautiful green florals, and her florist did not disappoint. With the groomsmen in black and the bridesmaids in butter yellow, the overall vibe was elegant and chic. They threw the biggest party, complete with a rowdy dance floor and a fun photo booth. At the end of the night, Sarah changed into a short, glamorous white dress, and the two stepped outside for portraits with a vintage car under the venue’s glowing string lights. Needless to say, their wedding was exactly what they dreamed of thanks to their incredible family, friends, and vendors.

Tell us about the couple.
Brooke: Sarah and Jack have known each other since middle school, and they started dating their senior year of college. Jack proposed in New York City under the Brooklyn Bridge, and right after he popped the question, it snowed on them!
Tell us about the couple’s vision for their wedding.
Brooke: Sarah and Jack wanted a wedding that would be chic AND fun. They weren’t planning a super small wedding, but they also didn’t want a massive wedding either. Their guest count of 120 was the perfect number, small enough to be intimate to them. During the planning process, they mentioned how excited they were to have everyone they loved in one place which showed me how much family meant to them.

What was their theme and what inspired it? What details were used to create the theme?
Brooke: Elegant garden party was the overall vibe they wanted for their wedding day, and the greens and creams with touches of yellow made that vibe come alive.
Can you share your favorite memory or any special moments from the day?
Brooke: As their photographer, one of my favorite moments of the day was when they jumped on the in ground trampoline after their first look and private vows. Despite Sarah wearing a drop waist ballgown and Jack being in a full suit, they took off their shoes and jumped on the trampoline like they were kids again.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
Brooke: Sarah and Jack were so incredibly kind and trusting the entire day, and that makes my job so much more fun! Every time I recommending something, they were immediately on board, and because of that, their photos are some of my favorite from my entire career. These two have hearts of gold!

With thoughtful details, genuine emotion, and plenty of fun, Sarah and Jack’s wedding was the ultimate celebration of love—one they’ll remember forever and one we won’t soon forget!
