Ashley of Nashville wedding planning company Chancey Charm created a beautiful scene with a fun and edgy vibe in the barn wedding venue. From Ashley Silver of Chancey Charm Nashville: This Hipster Chic Barn Wedding Inspiration was inspired by Allenbrooke Farms, a super trendy Nashville wedding venue that features an upscale barn without the rustic stereotype. To showcase its unique ambiance, we wanted to defy all things barn weddings and found the perfect real couple with a fun, edgy vibe since Nashville has so much more to offer than traditional southern weddings with its diverse culture.
We used a lot of different fabrics on the cake table, estate tables and napkins – all in darker jewel tones to add a touch of moodiness. Our color palette of magenta, emerald, navy and deep purple popped against the natural wood interior of the barn. I loved how Dear Addie Stationery was able to tie this palette into some not-your-typical watercolor paper goods. The invitation and circle cut menu that mimicked it were like little pieces of artwork!
Our groom looked dapper in his navy Generation Tux suit, while our bride stunned in a dress from The Bride Room and magenta Betsey Johnson heels, with a little added drama thanks to Declan + Mae with a cat eye and bold matte lip. Other favorite details of this shoot were the Mr. Hats Boot Company hat adorned in fresh florals by Rosemary & Finch Floral Design (she’s a genius and her work is so stunning) and the matte black cake from Oh Crumbs Bakery that was overflowing with fresh blooms and feathers!”
