Last month I co-hosted a Flower Crown Workshop with Details by Margaret at Travellers Rest! The day was so much fun as we had 22 brides, friends/mothers of brides + vendors participating in the day. Each guest was greeted with this beautiful calligraphed sign by Crafted by Heart and seated at the table with a personalized place card by Olivia as well. Margaret placed the beautiful bright flowers and greenery from Geny's Flowers along the center of the tables for everyone to use in their crown. After a quick introduction, Margaret began instructing everyone on how to create their crowns. The process was so fun – everyone had their own unique pace and style of crown! One attendee even made a garland instead of a crown – I was so impressed with everyone's creativity! Duo Ryan + Stacy sang live throughout the workshop to provide some beautiful background music while everyone was crafting. Bar Magnolia provided some fun cotton candy cocktails while Two Fat Men offered up some light bites (the strawberry bruschetta… yum!). We paused mid-workshop to allow all the vendors to tell the brides about their business and after the crafting picked back up for a bit, each guest ventured out to the gorgeous Travellers Rest gardens to get their headshots taken with their completed flower crown!
