Brace yourselves! Because Carrie and Dylan’s vintage meets modern wedding at Saint Elle is ready to inspire you! If we’re being completely honest, their gallery was filled with some of the sweetest, yet absolutely coolest images we’ve ever seen. Perhaps it’s because every inch of their day contained moments and elements that we can’t help, but love. With assistance from Inspired Help, their winter wedding included an antique car, gold candelabras, and a typewriter seating chart. They added a fresh spin to the aesthetic by incorporating romantic tablescapes, leafy floral designs, chic stationery, and a neon sign. There was no lack of style, and it’s only fitting that the beautiful bride wore a classic wedding gown before slipping into a mini dress with a retro flare. There’s a lot more we could say, but we’ll let these images by Erin McCall Photography do the talking!

From Melinda of Inspired Help: Dylan and Carrie’s Winter Wedding was a winning combination of sleek modern elements and vintage charm. With the beautiful Saint Elle setting the scene, this couple shared a romantic indoor ceremony inspired by Guatemalan Cathedrals complete with custom Cathedral Window Frames draped in greenery and surrounded by candlelight.
Tell us about the couple’s vision.
Melinda: After visiting a Guatemalan Cathedral at mass, Carrie knew she wanted to incorporate the dark moody, candlelit feel from this event into her ceremony onward. She loved the beautiful catherdral window look, so had custom panes made just for her ceremony and opted for candlelabras and greenery throughout the event to commemorate her experience. Dylan and Carrie also have a love for vintage details – one of their favorite past times is visiting estate sales together – so while they wanted to keep the moody, romantic feel they knew they had to add in the vintage touches that they love so dearly. They also got married a week before Christmas, so they brought in winter wreaths on their dinner tables, magnolia leaf garlands, and a lovely fur shaw to add just a hint of winter magic.
Can you share any special moments or highlights of their wedding day?
Melinda: THE BRIDE”S WARDROBE CHANGE! Carrie went from a classic form fitting gown to a fun mini dress, mid-way through the reception, with green velvet boots to complete the look!
