A beautiful Chic Garden Wedding at Long Hollow Gardens | Gallatin, TN Real Wedding

If you’re a lover of gorgeous wedding dresses, boba tea, and fireworks, then prepare to be obsessed with today’s post. Cindy and Jonathan incorporated a lot of personal touches to their chic garden wedding at Long Hollow Gardens with help from Music City Events and the outcome was beautiful. Cindy had three separate dresses for the occasion, each one just as stunning as the next! As for the decor, well you just have to see the elegant details for yourself! Eden Ingle Photo captured all the magic, with Morgan Film Co. sharing the sweetest wedding video. Keep scrolling to see some of our favorite moments of the day and learn more about the couple!

How did you two meet?

Cindy: We met freshman year of college through Jonathan’s roommate, Tom (his best man!). A friend and I were heading out to dinner with Tom, and we made a pit stop at his dorm room so Tom could go to the bathroom. As Tom headed out, Jonathan came into the room after a shower in his American flag towel not realizing that there were 2 girls in the room. It was weeks before we ever met up again and hung out as a group and months until we got together. And that’s how we met!

How did he propose?

Cindy: He told me he had to keep me on my toes with fake proposals since I already knew a proposal was coming. He got me earrings the first fake proposal at a jewelry store. The second one was at our 7th anniversary dinner when he gifted me with a necklace. He put the necklace on me and gave me his phone so I can see it on me. While I was fiddling with his phone, I heard him from behind me saying, “I think you might want to stand for this one.” He was on his knees with the ring! Needless to say he caught me by surprise because I started crying and was not prepared with waterproof mascara. I looked like a raccoon, but a very happy raccoon.

What unique elements did you include in your wedding day?

Cindy: Jonathan’s godfather made his specialty eggnog that was a huge hit with guests. We also had a boba milk tea bar because we’re both obsessed. We also had a fountain on site so we provided pennies and little cards for our guest so they could leave us with some wishes. For the toasts, Jonathan and I got the bottle of wine we were drinking when he proposed to me for everyone at the head table. Finally, we planned a surprise firework show for all our guests that started during our first dance. The surprise was a huge success; no one knew about it and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the show.

Describe your wedding day in your own words.

Cindy: Our wedding day felt like the rush and joy finishing a 10,000 piece puzzle to reveal an image with beauty that exceeded my wildest imagination. Despite all the little hiccups, everything was perfect. We got to see so many loved ones we haven’t seen in a long time. It was magical to have them all with us as we celebrate our love and commit to love each other more with each passing day.

What is one piece of advice that you could give to brides to be?

Cindy: Get wedding planners! Or at the very least a day-of coordinator. We were able to fully enjoy and be present at our wedding. We are forever grateful that we got to savor each moment with friends, family, and each other on our special day.

Tossing a penny into a fountain may be one of the cutest ideas we’ve ever seen! Thanks for sharing all about your Nashville wedding Cindy! Also, huge thank you to Eden Ingle Photo for sharing these amazing wedding photos and to Morgan Film Co. for the incredible video. You guys knocked this chic garden wedding out of the park!
