Traci: I help buyers and sellers fulfill their real estate goals while bringing a high level of enthusiasm and passion to each client’s experience.
How did you get started in weddings?
Traci: As a current bride-to-be myself, I can relate to all that is going on in the engagement season, therefore, my goal is to walk along side the bride and groom to find their first family home together and make it fun, easy and efficient!

Traci: Scout Properties was established to create solutions that reinvent the real estate industry by enhancing the client experience. We innovate through our unique use of people, processes, and technology. Our company exists to equip buyers and sellers with the tools necessary to create the best outcome with one of the most important financial decisions of their life. We aim to increase the quality of life for our clients by making their experience simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. There are significant service gaps in the industry, including: little to no service standards, lack of client processes, limited transparency, and limited access to real time support. To solve these problems, we designed a model of well-defined, best practices, which can be executed consistently and accurately by a specialized team.
