How long have you been a Sandals Resorts Pro?
Carlie: We will be celebrating 10 years of business in 2020!! We have had the experience the past 10 years of planning honeymoons, destinations weddings, all inclusive getaways and family vacations. I have developed the process for helping the two of you plan the prefect getaway. We have personally vacationed to all the Sandals and Beaches Resorts more than once to share our personal experience with you. The #1 question I get asked is what is my favorite resort? Honestly I can’t pick a favorite they are all amazing for totally different reasons. Some of the resorts have more nightlife some have better pools, private pools, larger beaches, more restaurants, more excursions on the island to sight see etc, each location has something unique and our goal is to help plan the best option for the two of you.
What are your top 3 tips for planning a trip to a Sandals Resort?
Carlie: Book restaurants on arrival. We can send you a list of the restaurants that require dinner reservations so when you arrive at the resort you can know where you wish to dine. Only a few of the dining options require dinner reservations, but most of these restaurants are worth making the reservation.
Book excursions, romantic dinners and spas in advance! Booking this ahead of time means you don’t have to worry about not getting the things that are at the top of your list because they’re overbooked especially in peak season. Romantic dinner does cost extra, but this is a setting of a private dinner for the two of you under the beach stars with your meal of choice. This does sell out and I highly recommend to book before traveling.
SPA- Red Lane Spa has appointments throughout the day, but only a few spots available for romantic experiences like on the beach or a private Cabana. Make sure to get this booked before traveling. A few things we recommend that you pack: a YETI Cup to keep your drinks cold in the hot sunshine, evening attire (select restaurants require dress code), and be sure to bring enough bug spray and sunblock as well!
