Filled with laughter, playful moments, and a flirty touch, this hip engagement session by Foxtail Photography is bound to make you smile. One glance at these photos and it’s clear that Alexis and Kenton have hearts of gold. Whether they were strolling through Narrows of the Harpeth in their casual attire or dancing on the pedestrian bridge in downtown Nashville, their affection towards one another glowed. Even with the chill in the air, their smiles are contagious and joyful! Believe us when we say that choosing favorites from this session was hard because they were all THAT good. Tell us about the couple.
Haley: Alexis and Kenton are such a unique couple, and spread joy to everyone they come in contact with. Kenton & Alexis love to travel and influence others in a positive way. Alexis loves health and wellness and volunteering her time. They both love spending quality time with their families and friends, and they love a good game night!
Can you share any special moments or highlights from the day?
Haley: The day of their engagement session was a blast!! Alexis and I took a while to choose the location and at first, they were skeptical of shooting outdoors at Narrow of the Hearpth, but they had SO much fun. This was the first time they had photos done and didn’t really know what to expect. The causal outfit was so much fun and warmed them up for the formal shoot at the walking bridge in downtown Nashville! They both ROCKED their outfits and you could see the LOVE all over their faces. It was such a beautiful moment and I cannot wait to photograph their unique wedding in 2021.
Did they have any special requests or unique challenges that you had to work together to overcome?
Haley: Some unique challenges we faced was the cold in the formal outfits, it was very chilly out because there was a cold front coming in with some rain. We had a take at few breaks to warm up, but the overcast day was PERFECT and moody for this shoot. After we felt we were done, the rain started to move in. It was a beautiful moment.
