Nikki + Reggie's Loveless Harpeth Room Elopement by Elle Danielle Photography

Laughing, crying and everything in between… Nikki and Reggie decided to have an intimate elopement with less than 50 of their closest friends and family at the one and only Loveless Harpeth Room! Elopements are becoming more and more popular these days and I am so happy to share one right here in Nashville with you! A traditional Southern breakfast after church is always a must at Loveless and that's the exact vibe Nikki and Reggie wanted for their intimate day. Elle Danielle captured the couple perfectly in this setting – take a look!

From Photographer, Elle Danielle: Nikki and Reggie wanted a day that was Christ-centered and simple. They thought, “wouldn't it be cool to get up on a Sunday morning, have church, get married, and eat a meal together.” So, they got married at the Harpeth Room at the Loveless Cafe, an inn-turned-event space, which is where they actually had their first date. The ceremony took place n the room with their close family and friends gathered around them. It was centered around Jesus, our Lord and Savior, and had special, original touches-like cymbals being used as the unity symbol. They wanted their first act as a married couple to be prayer, so their families and friends surrounded them and prayed for and with them. The groom's mentor and pastor led the prayer and gave them a word of encouragement that brought tears to everyone's eyes. After, they had good ole, southern cooking, and skipped many of the traditions like a wedding cake, bouquet toss, etc. but heard toasts from their siblings and best friends and publicly honored their parents.

From the bride, Nikki on the moments she will remember most: I think the words shared by our siblings and our best friends were absolutely beautiful. My sister, Nan, combined sentiment and passion artfully in a written toast. Reg's brother Pat, shared a heartfelt, off-the-cuff speech that spoke from the heart (there was not a dry eye). My best friend reflected on the events and times that led us to this point. And, the grand-finale was Reg's best friend, Troy had us laughing hard. Honoring our parents publicly and the sacrifices they made in their own lives to see to it that we had better lives.

From the groom on the moments he will remember most: Seeing her when the doors opened, the food, and our first kiss on the lips.

From Elle Danielle: It was a beautiful day and pleasantly warm, despite being early January. Everything came together perfectly.

Elle Danielle captured all of the special moments of the day perfectly! Thank you for sharing!
