When you have a passion and you take the leap and go for it, more often than not, you don’t look back and enjoy every moment. And this is what sisters Amber and Ashley of Nashville, TN florist team Southern Belles & Blooms has done! Taking classes and discovering their passion in floral design was step 1, and helping friends by showcasing their talents really helped propel the sisters into a full-fledged wedding business – Southern Belles & Blooms. After working with numerous brides who love a variety of color palates who wed at a variety of venues, Amber and Ashley have honed their skills to create a customized experience for each and every couple they work with. Amber: I (Amber) started by taking some floral design classes in college, and fell in love with it. After college, I would help friends out with their weddings. I asked my sister to helped with a wedding, and we discovered she had the same love of floral design. Before we knew it we were being asked left and right to do events and weddings. We officially became Southern Belles and Blooms in 2015.
Amber: Our goal is to make a bride's vision come to life while being able to implement our own stamp on the design.
Amber: We often hear that our name stands out to brides. We have worked with brides that have ranged from contemporary to rustic, and everything in between. We love nothing more than being able to be creative with all different types of design.
