Our wedding professionals can help make your dream wedding into a reality. Whether you are a bride looking for someone to plan your wedding from start to finish, or if you just need someone there the day of the wedding to coordinate the events of the day, Nashville Event Planning offers a wide array of packages and services that allow each bride to select the option that is right for them.

How long have you been in business?

Nashville Event Planning: We have been in business for 10 years.

How did you get started in weddings?

Nashville Event Planning: Nita Baggott: Co-Owner and Event Planner Nita has over 20 years of experience on corporate events with various companies and has been a part of Goodlettsville Chamber of Commerce on several corporate events. She also attended Belmont University and received her certified meeting planners (CMP) certification. Nita served as the office manager for a local limousine company, which led to her interest in the wedding side of the the company.

Miranda Baggott: Co-Owner and Event Planner Miranda started Nashville Event Planning with Nita after completing her Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy at the University of Toledo. During her time in college, Miranda served as the Social Chairwoman for the Kappa Delta – Beta Nu chapter, organizing philanthropic events for non-profit organizations. Miranda also received her Certified Fundraising Expert certification from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Miranda has worked closely with Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee helping coordinate many well known charity events in Nashville. These events include, Waiting for Wishes, Stars for Wishes, and Wine and Wishes.

Nashville Event Planning: Our philosophy at Nashville Event Planning is “Making your Dreams a Reality” by providing honest, thoughtful direction to our clients as we work together to bring their vision to life. We are committed to utilizing our knowledge and experience as we design and plan your day.

What are your strengths compared to others in your category?

Nashville Event Planning: We are proud to say our experience in the Nashville industry makes us different, we have worked with various style weddings, country music celebrities, destination events, charities and companies. Our extensive and diverse experience ensures that we have all possible event types covered.

What attracts brides to your business?

Nashville Event Planning: First and foremost is the relationship we develop with our brides. We cannot plan their perfect day if we do not know them as a person first and a client second. Nashville Event Planning clients bring their own unique vision and together, we make their dream wedding a reality. We also believe our attention to detail is unrivaled and creates the ultimate experience for each bride.

Describe the bride who is most attracted to your company.

Nashville Event Planning: We attract couples who are laid back, but are looking for someone in the wedding industry that is knowledgeable and professional. They want their guests to enjoy the wedding and leave with great memories and experiences. Our couples want a planner that will pay attention to details, whether it is incorporating their favorite pies into a dessert bar or just want something completely unique to their style or personality.

What is the most “now” / innovative new product, service, style or other aspect of your industry that brides and grooms might appreciate?

Nashville Event Planning: At our initial meeting with each new bride we create a shared Pinterest board where they can share their ideas and visions with us. This helps us to understand and see inside their mind as to what their dream wedding looks like. Using technology to share our recommendations with them has been a great way to help ensure we are all on the same page and allows the bride to visualize the ideas we present to them.
