What type of liquor, wine, and beer do you offer?

Caty: Mere Bulles is better known for our extensive wine list, but we do also offer a handful of beers. We have close to 200 different liquors in house. Bottled beer: Michelob Ultra, Budlight, Blue Moon, Corona, Yuengling, Yazoo Hop Perfect IPA, Yazoo Pale Ale and Turtle Anarchy Portly Stout. Draft Beer: Stella Artois, Budlight and Bearded Iris Homestyle IPA.

What is the typical bar menu like at a Mere Bulles rehearsal dinner?

Caty: Most rehearsal dinners choose to do alcohol by consumption. Meaning you are only charged per bottle opened. A lot of my rehearsal dinners choose to have wine and beer available for their guests and we have all of their selections on a designated table. There is always a server assigned to the bar table to open the wine and beer as well as pour it for them. Often my clients choose three or so different bottled beers and one or two reds and one or two whites to offer their guests. Mixed drinks can be added to the hosts tab as well if they want to offer liquor drinks to their guests. When it comes to alcohol by consumption we try to make it as easy as possible and as customized as possible to each particular clients needs.

Is there a certain amount of alcohol you need to order for the event or is everything already on hand?

Caty: Typically we have everything in house that we will need. If a group thinks they are going to drink a surplus of certain items that is good to know so we are sure to be fully stocked and ready for their event.

What does the additional cost look like to add a bar to your rehearsal dinner?

Caty: If you want a table within your room that has liquor at it there is an additional charge of $150. To have beer and wine in the room there is no additional charge.

What food and wine pairings do you recommend?

Caty: Something that has been really popular recently  with a lot of my rehearsal dinners is having a large fruit, cheese and cracker tray next to wine and beer table. This gives your guests something to snack on while they mingling before they sit down for dinner.
