Tell us about the fun Christmas shoot vision!

Amy: I collaborated with Madison Dennis of MHD Cosmetics/Nashville Wedding Stylist on this shoot. My vision was to do something very glamour and elegant. It was shot in early January so I was thinking winter elegance.

What was the theme and what inspired it?

Amy: When I found out we were shooting at Homestead Manor, I knew I wanted the them to be elegant. When we found Amelia to model, I knew she'd be perfect to have old Hollywood styled hair and makeup.

What details were used to create the elegant theme?

Amy: I found some inspirational images on Pinterest for the florals and dresses. Forget Me Not Designs came up with a gorgeous bouquet for us to use. Oila Zavozina loaned us two gorgeous gowns that were perfect for the vision.

Can you share any special moments or highlights of the day?

Amy: Thankfully, Amelia showed up with a gorgeous antique fur wrap that was the perfect topper for the dresses and shoot. I don't think the look would have been the same had she not brought them.

Were there any special requests or unique challenges that you had to work together to overcome?

Amy: Thankfully we had a gorgeous day. I think the worst was just a little cold weather. We were blessed that day for sure!

Thank you so much for getting us in the Christmas spirit, Amy! You can check out her work here on her website, or you can follow her on Instagram here!
