Tell us about your company + how long you've been in business.
Margaret: Details by Margaret is a full service event planning company. From day of planning to full service coordination and flower design, Details by Margaret will make your day stress free and fun. We plan parties because we are passionate about it! We listen to your ideas and dreams for the vision of your wedding. Our team is on site from beginning to end to ensure a smooth and memorable day. We have been in business for 10 years.
How did you get started in weddings?
Margaret: I LOVE weddings and events. It started with a friend and then the word spread that Margaret weddings are the best! I wanted to help couples have the wedding of their dreams without breaking the bank. I coach couples on how to make selections to fit their budget without making the day feel low budget.
What's the philosophy behind your company?
Margaret: You wedding shouldn't be stressful or a day that puts you in debt. Planning a wedding should be a fun and memorable adventure. I like to help couples put together a day that they will remember forever and their guests will be talking about for years come.
What are your strengths compared to others in your category?
Margaret: I am not cheap but I am affordable. I help couples stick to a budget of $20,000 or $100,000. Whatever it may be, I can keep you on track. Plus, the details are FUN! We become friends with our clients along the way because we believe in building lasting relationships. We want to make sure the day is representative of the couple and not us. All of our weddings are unique.
What attracts brides to your business (+ describe that bride!)?
Margaret: We are referral based for sure! We have worked with some amazing brides who tell their friends about the great experiences of working with us. We have 5 star reviews everywhere and satisfied clients! Our style is our bride's style. We find that our work is something you would see trending in magazines and on Pinterest. Lately, we have done weddings with a garden or rustic feel but we have also done super glam. Whatever the bride wants, we make happen!
What is the most innovative new product, service, style or other aspect of your industry that brides and grooms might appreciate?
Margaret: It isn't innovative or new…. we just provide the best customer service possible. We make our brides feel like they are our only clients. We are not only building relationships with clients but with some of the best vendors in town. We love putting together the dream to make a day perfect!
