Street Tuxedo & The Spoiled Lady Open Co-Location in Cool Springs, TN

Thursday, January 22, 2015

If you’ve been reading Ashley's Bride Guide (ABG) for any length of time, you know that Street Tuxedo is one of our favorite local vendors, providing quality menswear rentals to Nashville grooms for nearly 30 years. They offer incredible service, a wide huge variety of current tuxedos in stock, and are able to provide local rentals even if your wedding party doesn’t all live in Nashville. With 4 locations in the Nashville area, the team at the family-owned Street Tuxedo is ready to provide your wedding party with all they need to look incredible on your big day.

Recently, Street Tuxedo joined with The Spoiled Lady, a full service Bridal and formal wear boutique, to open a co-location in Cool Springs and to serve both Nashville brides and grooms at one spot. To learn more about this co-location, check out my interview with Rachael Street below.

How did this shared location with The Spoiled Lady come to be?

Street Tuxedo has been located in Cool Springs for over 10 years now. The Spoiled Lady (TSL) approached us about co-locating in mid 2014. We loved the idea! Dee and the ladies of TSL are awesome, and amazing at what they do. We thought partnering with TSL would be the perfect way to bring another added convenience to our customers. This co-location can be found at 216 Seaboard Lane in Franklin.

Where are your other 3 locations in Nashville?

Our other 3 locations are in Murfreesboro, Green Hills and Berry Hill. They do not have dresses…but are still awesome!!

What are you able to offer to your customers at this co-location?

TSL carries bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses as well as prom and pageant gowns. All of that paired with the latest in men’s formal wear, we feel, is a win/win for our customers.

How can you differently meet the needs of a couple at this location compared to the stand alone stores?

At this location the bride and groom or prom goers get to see the actual dress paired with the tuxedo/suit. It is extremely helpful when picking the gentlemen’s accessories, for example vest/suspenders and tie combos.

What are your hours at this location?

The winter hours are 10-6 M/F, 10-5 T/W/T and 10-4 on Sat.  TSL has select Sunday hours throughout their busy seasons, starting after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Appointments are appreciated for both TSL and ST but not mandatory.

Is there anything else that you'd like to share with our readers about this special location?

Customers that buy their dress at TSL are given a discount when they rent or purchase from Street Tuxedo…be sure to ask about that!

nashvillebrideguide.com was one of my main go-to sites while wedding planning. I love the rich textures that are highlighted on ABG, with so many different types of weddings, venues and ideas featured. I've been documenting our wedding on my blog, www.officiallymrsdobbins.blogspot.com, this year and am happy to continue sharing my passion for weddings with other brides in the Nashville area.
